We are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter role starting soon. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to make a long-term impact by improving and maintaining essential equipment within our operations. As the Maintenance Fitter, you will be a key player in optimising production through equipment enhancement and troubleshooting for our customers across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Equipment Optimisation: Implement and monitor efficiency improvements for production equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify equipment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Installation: Set up new equipment to meet production standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications - Strong troubleshooting skills, Engineering knowledge & experience, good communications and I.T. Literate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC Machine Tools and related equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
Job Description
- Provide support to the Equipment Manager in the form of engineering expertise and product knowledge
- Meet targets set by Equipment Manager
- Provide set amount of report/information as agreed with Equipment Manager
- Carry Out Efficient Journey Planning
- Encourage and improve customer / company relations
- Show the ability to use the necessary methods and equipment to carry out on site Equipment servicing and adjustments
- Communicate to customers the results & recommendation obtained from site visits
- Pro-actively identify future sales opportunities and potential
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the Medical Devices sector is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Strong technical attitude and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work onsite in our customers country wide
Pay: €35,000.00 per year + Benefits
