Sales Administrator – Meath

Our client, a well-established  construction and building materials supplier, is currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

  • Process and input customer invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Allocate incoming payments and reconcile against customer remittances.

  • Match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets.

  • Reconcile supplier statements, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare payment runs.

  • Support month-end reporting processes and financial admin tasks.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Carry out general administrative duties related to the accounts function.
