Our Client a well established Homecare company are looking for Nurses for a home care client based in Meath. 10hrs shifts.

Purpose of role
Provide nursing care to support existing care arrangements with customers. The Registered Nurse carries out comprehensive needs assessments and develops customer care plans. They provide direct supervision and monitoring of care standards.
Key responsibilities
To provide a high standard of customer clinical care. Demonstrate evidence based practice by carrying out customer assessments and develop/implement customer care plans based on needs identified & review accordingly as well as providing mentorship and training to other staff as required.
