Our client, a busy Auctioneers in the Meath area have an opening for an Office Admin/Receptionist
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within the property industry and have excellent communication skills to interact with a range of clients including vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone looking for a supportive and customer-focused environment.
DUTIES
- Manage correspondence, queries, and enquiries
- Diary management, arranging appointments and property viewings.
- Handling client / customer enquiries and communication
- Preparing/drafting communication, brochures, contract documents, reports etc
- Other: Support the Director and Office Manager with day-to-day office duties, showhouse viewings may be required from time to time
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a property administration role is essential.
- Previous experience in an office administration role is essential.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and email is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Capable of working on own initiative in addition to working in a team environment
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm
