Reception/Office Administrator – Meath

Our client, a busy Auctioneers in the Meath area have an opening for a Part Time Office Administrator

The successful candidate requires experience within the property industry and have excellent communication skills to interact with a range of clients.
Good IT skills are also essential.

Location: In person. Predominantly working from the Kells office but must be flexible to work from Navan office, if required.

 

DUTIES

* Dealing with correspondence, queries, and enquiries
* Diary management, arranging appointments and property viewings.
* Handling client / customer enquiries and communication
* Preparing/drafting communication, brochures, contract documents, reports etc
* Other: Support the Director and Office Manager with day-to-day office duties, showhouse viewings may be required from time to time

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in the property industry is essential.
* Good IT skills.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
* Capable of working on own initiative in addition to working in a team environment
* Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication
skills
