Our Client are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in implementing strategies, co-ordinating campaigns, projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager will lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive growth, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The role will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, while managing budgets, and agency partners/ stakeholders as needed.
Branding and POS:
• Be the Brand Guardian – live and breathe our brand guidelines, mission and purpose and ensure consistency of this across all communications activities.
• Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, on-brand marketing content that resonates with consumers and conveys our mission.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms, ensuring our story is clear, compelling, and memorable.
• Plan and deliver in-store marketing campaigns, including POS materials, signage, product displays, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, retail, and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent execution across locations
• Track performance of in-store activations and adjust based on insights
Social and Digital:
• Manage the company’s online platforms.
• Develop and implement content that aligns with the goals and brand identity.
• Maintaining social media, blogs and storyboards.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the team to develop original to enthusiastic marketing content.
• Designing and executing email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve lifecycle marketing strategies and the customer journey.
• Generate reports to track business KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behaviours.
Content Strategy and Creation:
• Research market in order to discover new trends management.
• Working with content marketing to manage Google Business Updates, relating to promotion offering.
• Develop and oversee the content strategy for digital channels (email & app), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Work with sales and production/ operational teams to gather information for social media content and website updates.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Develop content calendar.
Website Operations & CRO:
• Optimise website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
• Utilise the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the websites, including building new landing pages.
• Use data to apply insights on customer journey and inform site updates.
• Continuously look for ways to optimize conversion and customer experience.
• Report on performance monthly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
• To carry out any additional reasonable tasks requested by management.
• To be familiar with all the company’s products and services.
• Managing relationships with all external digital media contractors.
• Attend meetings, minuting the action points of each meeting.
• Follow up and completing agreed tasks.
• Managing marketing budgets within agreed budgets and company guideline
Marketing Events:
• Manage and execute marketing events, pop-ups, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Oversee logistics, partnerships, and event promotion to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Measure event ROI and ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives.
Applicant Profile:
- 5 years+ proven experience in a Marketing role that has encompassed all aspects of Marketin
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Curious by nature and driven to find insights within data
- Resourceful & able to navigate in an ever changing landscape of digital data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding social skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- A relevant third level qualification
