Our client, a growing food distribution business, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This role will oversee the full HR function, playing a key part in employee engagement, compliance, and operations across the business.
Key Duties:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including BrightHR system and wage processing

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration

Support employee relations and ensure compliance with Irish employment law

Run weekly HR meetings and generate key reports for senior management
