Our Client a Leading Facilities Management Company are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations across Ireland. This is a full-time position that involves managing a dedicated team and reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management and statutory accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
- Manage compliance with reporting policies and timeframes.
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Drive improvements in internal controls and processes.
- Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
- Strong Excel skills; PBI and Dynamics experience are advantageous.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and Payroll.
- High commercial acumen and experience in cash flow management.
