Our client are seeking a Financial Accountant to join a dynamic manufacturing company experiencing significant growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will play a key role in managing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly general ledger processing and prepare monthly accounts.
- Calculate, post, and analyze monthly accruals, prepayments, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare balance sheet analysis and reconciliations, including bank, accruals, and prepayments.
- Complete weekly cash-flow forecasts and assist in monthly corporate submissions.
- Support the annual financial audit and oversee creditor reconciliations.
Team Structure:
- You will manage a small team, including a trainee and a payroll specialist, with oversight from the Financial Accountant.
