Customer Service/Reception – Meath

Our client,  a growing distribution company based in Meath are looking for a Customer Service/Quality Administrator to join their team

Duties:
1. Monitoring all incoming phone calls and emails including order taking.
2. Liaising with customers in relation to complaints, customer questionnaires, certificates of conformity, product specifications and other product queries other than accounts/financial matters.
(Order processing and distribution scheduling when required as part of holiday cover.
3. The monitoring and upkeep of the BRC documentation system including product traceability.
4. Ordering from 3rd party suppliers and arranging transport.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8am to 4pm
Friday 8am to 3pm

· Excellent follow up and organisational skills
· Computer literacy

Salary: €28-30k
