Contract Administrator x 2 – Monaghan

Our client a large nationwide Organisation is currently seeking two Administrators to join their team ASAP.

Responsibility

  • Co-ordination and assignment of workload where applicable
  • Ensure targets are achieved and deadlines met
  • Ensure work is carried out to highest standard
  • Responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself and others.

Administration

  • Logging and dealing with queries, complaints
  • Inputting, updating and checking computer records
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels
  • Maintaining and updating files
  • Processing of claims and appointments
  • Filing
  • Typing of letters, lists, graphs, reports etc.
  • Invoicing, PO’s

Hours: 35hrs weekly Mon-Fri 9-5pm with 1hr lunch

Annual leave: 26 days pro rata
