Full-time | Mon–Fri, 39 hrs | Maternity cover | Occasional weekends
What you’ll do:
• General office & admin support
• Handle calls, messages & customer queries
• Manage complaints & follow-up with suppliers/technicians
• Process orders, payments & daily bank recs
• Support sales staff with orders & product info
• Assist with delivery scheduling & warehouse coordination
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication & telephone skills
• Confident with figures & financial data
• Proficient in Word/Excel
• Highly organised & detail-focused
• Flexible, team player who can multitask
