Job Title: Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
• Provide tailored financial planning and advisory services to clients, covering pensions, investments, life insurance, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial reviews and risk assessments to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Guide clients on tax-efficient investment and retirement strategies.
Business Development & Growth:
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base through referrals and networking.
• Develop financial strategies that align with clients’ short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to offer holistic financial solutions.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
• Ensure all financial advice is compliant with the Central Bank of Ireland’s regulations and own company policies.
• Keep up to date with industry changes, market trends, and regulatory updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
• Support and mentor junior financial advisors within the team.
• Contribute to training initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist in the development of best practices and client engagement strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or a related field.
• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification is essential; CFP or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, life assurance, and tax planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cash flow modelling (Cashcalc/Voyant etc) and CRM systems.
Flexibility of remote working Fitness and Probity.
Hours: Monday – Friday. 9am – 5pm
