Accounts Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced part-time Accounts Administrator until December 2023 and then maternity leave full-time cover from January to June 2024.

This position plays an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our clients company.

 

Job requirements/skills required:

Good working knowledge of Sage50 accounts software is essential in order to process sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing
Take in deliveries from suppliers and ship to customers and liaise on a daily basis with our customers/suppliers
Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programmes
Excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills.
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills; ability to handle confidential information; strong record keeping skills and the ability to multitask.
Carry out admin tasks from Directors and ad hoc duties as required
Provide support to staff not office based
Manage our company calibration software
Provide support for ISO accreditation by keeping records up to date (training will be given)
Ability to work independently on general issues that arise also a distinct advantage.
Excellent time management skills; communication and customer service skills

 

Salary – D.O.E(depending on experience)

Part time (pref mornings 9-1) until end of the year then full time (9 – 5 mat leave cover) Jan – Jun’24 then back to part time.
